Enrollment Application

Application must be submitted by February 28, 2025 to be part of the 2025-2026 Lottery process, anything received after will automatically go onto our waiting list. Each child must submit an application to participate in the lottery and only one application per child is needed. If you have not received confirmation that your application was received within three business days following submission, please reach out via email enrollment@pacspaterson.org.

Thank you for applying to Philip’s Academy! Please ensure that all the information provided is accurate and complete. A separate application is required for EACH CHILD you wish to enroll. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If your child is offered a space for the upcoming school year, additional information and documents will be required to complete the enrollment process. If any of the information provided changes after submitting this form, please send current information to enrollment@pacspaterson.org to update your student’s record.
